This year's conference features the delights of international cuisines as we learn about methods and ingredients from culinary traditions new and old from around the world!
The annual Jackson Hole Culinary Conference caters to aspiring culinary educators and students, chefs, and epicureans alike. It offers participants the opportunity to learn from local and national experts. It is an unparalleled opportunity to learn trends, cultivate ideas and network with other professionals.
The conference features educational hands-on workshops, lectures, Q&A sessions, breakfasts, working lunches, campus/culinary tours and a special Dine-Around-Town dinner tour on Friday night at local restaurants sampling unique internationals drinks and dishes.
Continuing educator credit is available and certification of attendance will be provided.
